riding trails. Accessible to the magnificent NEW Kennett Land Trust

* Board is billed on a calendar-month basis and bills will be issued
for each month in advance. Payment is required by the 10th of the month.

*Standard Full Indoor Board includes an assigned indoor stall, feeding,
bedding, mucking, hay, water, turning out and bringing in, and blanketing
as requested.
* Standard Field Board includes hay as needed, water, salt blocks,
field use, and shelter.
* If you are unable to be here for your vet or blacksmith or dental
appointment, let us know and someone will be available to greet them.
We follow a scheduled worming program. If you choose to worm your own
horse, your schedule should coincide with Gateway's deworming program
at six-week intervals. Vaccinations are required in the spring and fall.
Updated records should be filed with Gateway.
Admission to Gateway:
* Negative Coggins is required.
* General good health of horse is required.
* First month's board required at time horse arrives.
* New horses will be quarantined 3-5 days before mixing with general
herd.
* Proofs of medical and dental records are required.
* A photograph of your horse is recommended but not required.
Riding Attire:
* An ASHA approved riding helmet MUST be worn during all riding activities.
* Long pants and boots (or shoes with some sort of heel) must be worn
by anyone wishing to ride a horse.
General Rules:
* Barn hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
