Media, Philadelphia, Downingtown - From the intersection of routes 202 and 1, take Route 1 South past Longwood Garden’s entrance. After the stone bridge over Route 1 at Longwood, get in left lane. Go to second red light and make left onto Bayard Road. Go approximately 2 miles and turn right onto Old Kennett Road. Make left onto Merrybell Lane (second driveway on left) and follow signs to the stable.
New Jersey – Delaware Memorial Bridge - Follow signs to the Route 202 North exit. Take Route 202 North to Route 1 South. Follow directions above.
New Jersey – Commodore Barry Bridge Take Route 322 West to Route 1 South. Follow the directions above.
Wilmington or Route 52 - Follow Route 52 to Winterthur Museum. On the opposite side of the road from the museum, turn left onto Old Kennett Road. Follow Old Kennett Road approximately 4 miles and make left onto Merrybell lane (1/4 mile past Bayard Road). Follow signs to the stable.
Hockessin Area - Take Limestone Road (Route 7) North towards Avondale. Go under Route 41 overpass; this becomes Marshall’s Bridge Road. Follow Marshall’s Bridge Road to the stop sign and make left onto Route 82 North. Go to the first stop sign and turn right onto Old Kennett Road. Go approximately 1 mile, turn right onto Merrybell Lane and follow signs to the stable.
